L.P. Donan Construction was founded by a professional and experienced craftsman who strongly believes in providing only the best quality service and costumer satisfaction in every project. The many years of experience with and exposure to projects of all types, in both residential and commercial jobs, gives us the confidence that we can handle any construction or remodeling project.
Our belief is that the only way a company can achieve a satisfying outcome with a project is by establishing a strong relationships with YOU, our client. We understand that the key for a successful project is a clear budget, practical plan, proper scheduling , an understanding of the industry standards and a high level of communication.

Lisandro Donan,
Owner/ Construction Manager
Lisandro is a third generation carpenter and craftsman. He was introduced to the construction industry very early in his youth, where he apprenticed with his father, who trained him in the art of tile and flooring installation. He later began and completed his apprenticeship as a cabinet and furniture builder, where he developed an excellent eye for detail and a great appreciation for a well built project. After High school, he attended Conestoga College and successfully graduated from the three year civil engineering technology program, where he acquired building code knowledge, layout skills, understanding of building structures and more. He then was hired by one of the largest construction companies in Kitchener, Waterloo. During his 15 year employment with this company, he held several important positions, such as: General Carpenter, Deficiency and Warranty Manager, Assistant Supervisor, and Site Supervisor. Having acquired an extensive level of hands on experience and knowledge, he felt that it was time for a new challenge, so he started his own company, L.P. Donan Construction. He believes that his company has all the components to give customers the service they are looking for.
